Navigation in home page

I am using wp-show posts for home page. Although i have more posts than what is showing in home page, it is not showing the footer navigation to navigate further to next posts section.

Any reason you are using WP Show Posts instead of just using the front page to display the latest posts?

hi, i am using wp-show post to have better control over the formatting. I also see the intro video of wp-show posts shows this as a standard feature.
What formatting are you looking for?
GP should be able to achieve the exact same formating as WPSP.
Same formatting as what I currently have. When i set the homepage to display latest posts, it shows the entire content of all the blog posts. I want to display only the featured image and the header, which is working completely fine with the wp show-posts, only thing missing is the page navigation to explore all blog posts.

Try setting the Content Type to Excerpt and word count to 0:
