Navigation- Header Very Above The Page

Hello, my Navigation (navigation as header, so it is logo plus navigation menu) is way up and practically cannot be seen. The same happens in mobile. After the breakpoint I cannot see the menu anymore It is very above everything.
The site is in the private information area.
