Navigation dropdown falls out of the screen

Hi,
I have my Primary Navigation layout set to dropdown (hover). However, because the navbar is right-aligned, the child-menu appears out of the screen when hovered/clicked on. Is there any way to make the child-menu to become width-aware and behave accordingly? Is there an easy fix I haven't thought of?
