    Hello there,

I’ve created a front-page header using elements, and I want to have this header appear over the top of the navigation on the front-page. I managed to achieve this by making the main navigation background transparent (in customise) and it works great. However, this doesn’t really work out well because the main navigation then appears transparent throughout the whole website.

What I want to do, is have the header that I’ve created in elements appear over the navigation on the front page. Any help with this would be amazing.

    Thanks,

    Lee.

    Hi there,

Try setting the transparent navigation color in the header element when needed:
    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/#navigation-colors

So that when there is no header element present, the navigation color would inherit the settings in the customizer.

Let me know if this helps ๐Ÿ™‚
