I have added a slider via customize-widgets add slider.
The navigation is below the slider and header
How do I mive the navigation:

Is there a reason you are using a header widget to insert that picture instead of adding it as the first thing in the content?

The site should be header (branding) followed by the navigation.
Then I have added a slider (I have only added one image to it so far) that need to be below the navigation.
Try to delete the slider widget in header, and add this slider in your page content as the first thing.

I have a big space between the slider and the first panel.
Works fine on desktop.
