Navagation Highlight Error

Hey, I'm very new to this, setting up my own website, and I bought your theme plugin here. I can't get my navigation buttons to highlight correctly. When I click into my woocommerce "Shop" button it will highlight "News" which is my blog, renamed. I have no clue where to even begin to fix this... I tried looking in all the settings and nothing seemed to fix it. How do I fix this?

You can see if you click on shop, it will highlight news, also if you click into my test product, it still highlights news.
This is because WordPress confuses the WooCommerce index with the blog index. Can't believe they haven't fixed this yet. You can read up on some solutions here: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/current-page-styling-for-menu-with-both-woocommerce-and-blog/
Read through that link and still don't understand 1% of what I can do to fix this... Can I simply change the index to be right or something? idk...
I got it! I never setup a "menu" I was just using the default sorting, once I setup a menu its working now.
