May we know what specifically what is “shop page”? Is this is Block element you’re adding? Or something else?

I see. Thank you for explaining. The settings for the permalinks can be found in Settings > Permalinks: https://share.getcloudapp.com/8LuDgRGA

As shown, you may set the permalink structure of Product category pages there as well.

The image shown is the default structure.
