My website no longer AMP combatible

When I updated from version 2.4.2 to 3.0.0 my site was no longer AMP combatible. I'm using GeneratePress with wordpress official AMP and a Generatepress AMP solution (beta - I suppose) published at GitHub. What to do ?

What about it isn't compatible? Any specific errors?

Yes - I get a message from AMP validated saying:
Invalid inline script
Invalid script: main.min.js
This has not happened before
