My website looks very bad on mobile

Recently I added a GA4 tag to my website header, and it seemed to work fine, however on mobile the website looks very bad.

Can someone help diagnose the issue?

Can you show me what you are seeing?
Have you tried disabling all plugins except GP Premium to test first?
