My web developer has suggested that this may be a theme issue

This error code has appeared and my web developer thinks it may be a theme issue:

I would be most grateful for your advice. It looks like Chinese to me.

Hi there,
the issue is related to the Endurance Cache plugin - as its in the mu(Must use)-plugins directory it maybe something your hosting provider ( or developer ) has added. Raise the issue with the host as it may just be a simple requirement to clear its caches.
