My theme looks like the old version?

I do have a GP in the newest version and despite that, it has different options in customization and layout than my friend who just installed GP. Mine looks like it from 2 years ago when I started using it...
I do have a premium version and all things are updated. What should I do?

Sorry for late reply.
Here you can see the difference in Typography. It would be much easier with new layout but despite having newest version, reinstalling, cleaning cache etc it is still look like the old verson
