Once installed my premium GP and configured for PC and mobile devices, my site appears in Google results with japanese symbols and with the message “is not optimized for mobile devices” !! I am very worried. What happened? My site is universoelectrico.info

    Hi there,

Can you first double check the Site Language is selected correctly in Settings > General?

If that’s all good, can you try #1 here?

    Hello Tom,
I’m adding here some images about my problem. When I search my site in Google, the results appear as follows: https://prnt.sc/hw6srj
If I make the test “https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly”, the result is as follows: https://prnt.sc/hw6yb6

    Thanks!

    Hello Leo,

In WP-Admin, Settings–>General, is selected Spanish as Site Language. My site is written in spanish, then I think it’s OK.
About the plugins installed, I’ve just deactivated some plugins, even also a Google site translator, but the problem persists.

I can navigate perfectly thru my site from PC and also from my mobile device. The visualization is good. But Google detect some severe problems, I dont understand.

    Thanks.

That definitely doesn’t look right – your site might be hacked.

It may be worth contacting your hosting and asking them to do a scan for malicious files on your server.

If they’re not able to help, this article has some good tips for finding and removing malicious code: http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-scan-your-wordpress-site-for-potentially-malicious-code/

Usually the code exists in the .htaccess file, or the wp-config.php file.

Hey Adolfo. Your site is hacked by Japanese keyword hack. Probably you using plugins with some backdoor. I got the same problem. It is a very big problem. I delete my old website and starts again from 0. Because all your backups in cpanel has been infected too.

Best way for me was start new site and do some work in google search console.

You can find information here: Fix Japanese Keyword Hack
