I'm afraid I'm out of ideas. The error message you're getting doesn't make sense for the contents of that file.

You can try deleting the generatepress folder entirely and uploading a fresh copy.

If that doesn't work, I would look at any caching plugins or possibly server caching.

i just replaced the child them with the parent and it still doesnt work, but when i switch to different theme it came. do u think i should completely delete the child?

Replacing the child theme with the parent theme will cause errors like this.

Save any custom CSS/functions in your child theme and delete it completely. Then activate the parent theme.
