My Site Is Not Mobile Friendly

I have never had a website before and I am struggling with the mobile version of my page. Is there a setting I need to check in order to make it mobile friendly? Right now it is just all squished and my header picture is gone. I have no idea what I am supposed to do here or what to select. Do I need a different theme or did I mess something up? I am using the GP Premium 1.6.2.

GP should be responsive by default. Can you try #1 here to eliminate any plugin conflicts?

As for the header image, you are currently using the mobile header without uploading a mobile header logo:

Hi, I am finding that the contact section of my site is not displaying on mobile or tablet devices. I have turn off all the extra plugins and the issue is still there. The wordpress mobile mock up view shows it fine as you can see here shorturl.at/lqEKZ but on actual devices it is not the case? Mobile - shorturl.at/DHTY6, Tablet - shorturl.at/uzBQ2. The url has a lock on it at the moment until the issue is resolved but if anyone would like to see you can access with
