My site is not changing to mobile responsive??

Hi there,
I don't what I am doing wrong that it does not go to mobile responsive? As on the phone it looks like full layout on the desktop. Please help.

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?
