My mobile menu is not working correctly on Google Chrome

My mobile menu is not working correctly on Google Chrome correctly, but does on other platforms (www.CarlThomasBerry.com).

The hero picture also changes (grows) while scrolling down the page (in Google Chrome).

I have no idea why or what to do.

Mobile menu looks good to me, I'm using Chrome:
