I created a header element for my home page but the logo is not displaying. I've tried everything I can think of and looked at some of the other support topics on this issue, but nothing is working. Can you help

Hi Victor,

Any chance you can link us to the site in question?

You can use the private information field.

Let me know :)

Ok, I just did that. I downloaded a new logo image, deleted the existing one and uploaded a new one and It's still not appearing.

Hi there,

I've also checked the site and as Ying mentioned. There seems to be an issue with the logo file you're uploading.

This is the logo your site is loading. data:image/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns=%22http://www.w3.org/2000/svg%22%20viewBox=%220%200%20500%20500%22%3E%3C/svg%3E

If you check it out, you can see that it's completely empty.

Can you explain how you've uploaded the svg logo file? Have you also tested it by opening it on the browser and see if it actually opens up and displays anything? Let us know.

I tried sending you the image (logo) I'm using but couldn't figure out how to do that. It's a logo image I created and downloaded from Canva. It's no different than any other image I have on the site. However, I did download it with a transparent background so that it would display on the header without the square box behind it. Could that be causing the problem?

Is the image a .png file? It shouldn't be the issue.

Could you provide your site login info in the private info field so that we can have a closer look?

Yes, it is a .png file. I'll send you login info in the private info field.

Hi Victor,

I can see the logo in customizer while it's not showing on front end.

Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins?

Let me know :)

Hi, I disabled all the plugins except GP Premium and re-activated them one by one. None of them seemed to be causing a problem. The logo appeared each time. I then closed out all windows on my browser and opened a new browser, went to my site, and the logo was gone again.

I went in disabled all the plugins and active them one by one, the issue seems from the plugin Autoptimize.

Thank you. Yes, that seems to have done it. I must have been getting a cached version of my site when I was deactivating and re-activating plugins. I've cleared my cache and I see it's working now. Thanks again for your help!!

No problem :)
