My link won't work in footer

Please see the footer at http://www.stlbluestalent.net, I want the 'Artful Ideas' text to be an active link. When I cursor over it, I lose the 'pointer', doesn't trigger a link action. I assume it's modifiable within the Customizer - Copyright.

Looks like you didn't give it an URL? It should be like this:
<a href="URL HERE">Artful Ideas’</a>
