Kevin
Hi, Ive just checked my site on mobile and discovered that my home page doesn’t show my latest posts.
The latest 5 do not appear in the feed.
Please can you help me fix this?
Thanks
Kevin

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?
Let me know 🙂

Hi, I deactivated all my plugins, GP premium apart, and my mobile was unchanged. It’s the same as before. My latest 5 posts are missing from the feed.
Thanks

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
do you have any server side or plugin caches ?
Also as a separate thing, you know you fixed the Home item for the desktop menu. Do you have a separate menu for the Off Canvas panel? As that too needs fixing.

I have these plugins below. I disabled WProcket at the request of Ezoic.
I don’t know anything about Off-Canvas Panel. I looked it up online and went back to my menu settings, and ticked the box.
I realized that I’m checking my site using the preview and that misled me. When I logged out and searched for my site my 5 most recent posts are absent on both mobile and desktop.

StaffCustomer SupportSo the issue does not resolve with all plugins disabled?
The next step would be to activate a Twenty series WP theme to test.
The post loop is completely handled by WP core so this should not be a theme related issue.
I agree with David that it sounds like some sort of caching issue.

I disabled all the plugins as you suggested. Nothing happened
I activated WP 23 and the home page switched to the other theme in the back end but when I viewed it from the front end after Id logged out, it looked exactly the same as GP premium. It didn’t change.
I cleared the browsing history then I ran Bleachbit and cleared the cache in the only way I know how. Nothing has changed.
This is what I should see, and I do see, from the dashboard > visit site

This is what I see when I log out.

What page do you see? https://www.wildlifeartstore.com/
What do I do now? I’m clueless.

StaffCustomer SupportThis is what I’m seeing:
https://www.screencast.com/t/PoffIY28K8P7It has to be a caching issue if you see no change when switching themes or deactivating plugins – I’d recommend following up with your hosting support.
