My header image is not showing and I can't figure out why

I did deactivate all plugins except for GP Premium and it still will not show the header image on the Tobacco page.

Can you provide the login access using the private URL field?

Please make sure all plugins are disabled except GP premium.

You have a conflict in the display rules.

The page header you are seeing on the Tabaco page is the Inner Pages Header:

So what should it say in the display rules?

I'd assume it should say Tobacco Inner Header.

Perhaps you need to add that page to the exclusion rule of the Inner Pages Header like you've done for all other pages?
