My header got scrambled up

This is a continuation from this thread. I accidentally marked it as resolved. Basically the desktop header is suppose to only show "about", "education", "resources", shopping cart icon, search icon. I have no idea why it shows the other links.

Can you go to Appearance > Menus and check if the correct menu is assigned to the "Primary" theme location?
