My Google speed test is very low

when i installed the theme the speed was great (98 % for both Mobile & desktop ) and after i made your last update now it's very low

Here's a few suggestions:
1.) Disable lazy load on featured image.
2.) Try image optimization plugins. (Compress images and Serve through a CDN)
3.) Try to reduce the number of ads on your site or replace them as they're loading too many scripts. 159 requests are way too much.
4.) Consider getting a caching plugin with more options you can tweak and try different settings. Check what gives the best result in performance. (WP Rocket, Litespeed cache)
