My custom Page Header does not appear in Shop page

Dear support
Could you see why the shop page ('tienda') does not use the custom page header I've created? In rest of pages seems to take the page header as expect except the shop page (tienda).
Here the header is fine:

Hi there,
I assume you want the title Shop to show?
If so you will need to create a separate page header with the page header content <h1>Shop</h1>.

I've created an specific Page header for the page 'shop' but I get same result.
These are steps I do:
1. Create a 'Page header' called 'shop' for the page 'tienda' (it's the WC 'shop' page in my site)
2. I set this 'Page header' called 'shop' for this page.
3. The text of title not appears

I have the exact same problem.
I created a page header. It display fine in my category pages. But if I select it in my Shop page it does not display.
How did you resolve this issue?

go to the Page Header > Global Options and assign the page header to Post Type Archives > Products
No that is not what I am after.
I only want the header to appear on my Shop page. Not on any of the category pages or single product pages.
Please also see my thread here:

The Categories are set under Taxonomies > Archives
