My Blog Roll Feature Image Is Too Big. How Do I Make It Fit?

On my blog roll my feature image is being cut off. Is there a way to fix this?
The image is 1024 by 580 pixels big.

It had a size of 400 in the height, I removed it and it looks good now thank you. :)
