Also, it looks like putting the main brizy pages in a container, giving me the white background, shrank things up a bit, disrupting my responsiveness, so my buttons no longer look right on my phone. As per this page:

So I wonder if the fix is not as much a background color issue, but a container issue? Where I’d rather not have one on my Brizy pages, but do want one for the blog? However, I’m also wondering if I’ll have a problem in the future when Brizy gets their text editor up to speed and I start using it for future blogs.

You can also create a layout element and use this setting globally:
