Hmm, something isn’t right. Can you deactivate your other plugins one by one until it goes back to the normal?
April 1, 2018 at 11:00 am #537972PaulThe problem with the account view not showing two columns was resolved through releasing the wpenque lock I had against the cart fragments that woocommerce likes load.
Current version of the woocommerce GP plugin generated the icon display error. It also is creating a problem showing the font awesome icons on the check out cart. I needed to disable that feature of the gp all together in order to restore proper cart functionality. Error only appears on latest developed of GP press… might be a bug. Tried it with all plugins disabled and icons still didn’t load properly.

April 1, 2018 at 9:35 pm #538254PaulYeah it’s really quite odd why it’s happening. Unfortunately since it’s in the checkout page it’s a very big deal (affects customer confidence.)
Cart shot https://www.screencast.com/t/V29VqKhleo
Checkout shot https://www.screencast.com/t/0MeoTeGMOgW7 You can see the issues with the missing icons on both pages.I also am encountering an issue when you click a coupon on the cart (it removes all the items from the cart) https://www.screencast.com/t/tSP03N84
Disabling the woocommerce gp plugin resolved both issue. I’m OK with not using the woocommerce GP premium addon (I like it, but it’s not going to affect consumer sales). I do like the cart in the main menu trick you put in, everything else I can build to order through custom css (though you well-planned out and easy change menu is great for less experienced users.)
Speaking of which, without the woocommerce gp premium extension I put in the third slidein menu to allow users access to their woocommerce cart and account, etc. Is there any easy way to replace the menu shortcut icon fa-bars (the one for the slideout menu) with cart icon fa-shopping-cart. That will pretty cover all the functionality I need.
Kind regards, Paul.
April 2, 2018 at 9:17 am #538801TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperThe icons should have been fixed in GPP 1.6. Unfortunately, I can’t see the issue to investigate as you’ve turned off the WC module, and your have caching enabled. If you want me to take a look, you’ll need to re-activate the module, and deactivate your minifying/caching plugin.
April 2, 2018 at 11:32 am #538924PaulTotally makes sense. I’m OK with having the feature turned off. I do have a staging site, but I only see this error on the live site (of course.) Appreciate all the support!
