My Account icon next to cart icon on mobile.

Hi team,
Please, I would like you to have a look at my website and show me what I have done wrong. I have been trying to put my account icon next to cart icon on mobile view using all the generatepress suggestions I googled but with no success.
The 'my account icon' is showing on desktop and tablet view but is not showing on mobile.
Please, show me the right way.
NB- I am a newbie in designing and coding. I don't have a clue what I am doing.

Yes. There is a user icon next to 'my account' on desktop and tablet view. On the mobile view, the user icon is in the dropdown menu. I want the user count to be next to the cart icon on mobile view.
Well, it looks like, I did not do it right because the user icon is not even showing on your screen.
Please, can you show me how to do it?
How are you adding the icon currently?
Can you disable your caching plugin first?
I have deactivated it now.
How are you adding the menu icon?
I'm still seeing WP Fastest Cache is the source code. Can you confirm that it's disabled under Dashboard > Plugins?
Yes, WP fastest is deactivated. I used menu icon plugin by themeisle. I followed this step here

That's weird. I've cleared my browser cache multiple times but still seeing WP Fastest Cache enabled in the source code and no icon:

Any server cache or anything else? Are you seeing the icon on your end?
Any chance you can try disabling all plugins except GP Premium and Menu Icons plugin for now?

Yes, I am seeing the Icon. I can see using it private browser as well.
I asked my colleagues to check and we don't see any icons from our end unfortunately.

I think that's likely the issue. If you are sure that it's disabled, can you check with your hosting support to see if there is any server caching that's holding it on?
I deactivated the host cache now. Please check again. I manage to get the icon next to the cart icon on the mobile view, but the styling is out of place. Please, how do I do it right?
Secondly, how do I remove the second user icon in the dropdown menu? My English is not great; I hope you understand my question.

That's super strange. I still can't see either of the icons.
Is the host cache and WP Fastest Cache still deactivated?
Can you provide the dashboard login access? I might just log in to see if I can see the icons that way.
