Multiple (Too Many) Font Choices for Containers

Hello there! I'm back with another question.
When I go to update my page
https://505colors.com/colors/black/
The container has a drop down list of about 24 Google fonts I can choose from. I'm not sure why there are so many, I'd love to get rid of them, but I can live with it. The problem is that the fonts I defined in the site typography section aren't among those fonts.
I feel like I should know the answer to this but I just can't figure it out!

Those two typography systems are from different sources.
Font manager is from GeneratePress whereas the typography settings of a GB Headline Block is from GenerateBlocks.
In general the Font and Typography Manager is used to target texts more globally in a sense. GenerateBlocks headline Block is more specific to a block. By default, a Headline Block only inherits the font, so, if you set a font in the typography manager for the body, the font of a block should inherit that.
If you wish to use a specific font for GenerateBlocks, you’ll need to enter the font name manually.
