Multiple post heading displaying

Multiple post title displaying in single blog post. Ex: https://www.sharehowto.com/how-to-define-the-role-of-passive-fire-protection-in-buildings/ and heading is "How To Define The Role Of Passive Fire Protection In Buildings" and this is displaying twice. One want to keep it the first one.
Please let me know

in Appearance > Elements edit the element titled: Post Hero.
Note: when viewing a post, the Admin bar has an Elements menu, that will also provide links to those elements.
In the Element sidebar, select: Disable title

Thank you for the reply. I could not found element. I can see this element heading:
"Post Header Page Hero" there i could not found "Element sidebar" option.
