Hi there,
Those are just category archives which are generated by WordPress automatically as long as you have categories assigned to your posts.
I added a category to my main menu. How can I design a header for that category page? https://ibb.co/vQXJZP6
You could either use a header element or a block element - page hero (this requires you to upgrade GP premium to 2.0 and have Generateblocks installed).
After you finish your design, choose archive > all archives as location.
