Moving Title Above Featured Image?

Hello I am having issues moving title above featured images. I know I went to the right place. Customize/layout/blog clicked pages under featured image, and set it to below title. Yet changes are not being reflected. The title remains below featured image.
Any Help Would Be Appreciated!

This change should affect all pages except for the home page
The Theme option you're trying only works if the Theme is displaying the post/page title.
That page you linked to, the Title is part of your Elementor content. And the theme cannot move that.
