Moving Containers outside

I accidently added a container block inside another and it needs to be outside the parent block
Container A
-Container 1
-Container 2 < move this so it's same level as container A
I cant drag it, the move to command doesnt seem to work. I spent a lot of time on the content/layout blocks but the style dictates its not contained.

you can use the List View in the editor to drag items around - see here:

It can be a little fiddly occasionally, as you can see i had to try it twice.
