Moving background image to the right

I'm using gen blocks pro and trying to move the image to the right but it does not seem to move it?
See my settings screen shot.
Hi Ian,
Is this for the desktop view? If so horizontal alignment won't be noticable if the background image's width itself occupies exactly 100% of the viewable area.
You'll only notice center left or center right of the background image is being cropped by constraints in viewable area size. (if the background image's width is bigger than the viewport.) :)
