Can you try changing the hook of those two to woocommerce_product_meta_end first?

It works but the price stays very low could you bring it up?

Can you clear cache? The change in hook for your elements isn't reflecting on my end.

I emptied the chache but the price is always below

The Price should by default come after the Product Title.
Are you using any elements or code to change how the title is displayed ?
