Move from Divi

I have had a DIVI based website for many years, and in early 2021 my Google ranking cratered - about the time Google started to emphasize Web Core Vitals, and I was told DIVI was the culprit. So I had a developer convert me to generatepress based upon what I read about generatepress load speed. That change has been good - ranking has improved.
But as I try to use my website - create forms, blogs - I am absolutely overwhelmed. DIVI was so easy to use. Sorry, generatepress is NOT! Can you give me any tips, any materials to read (short of spending hours and hours going through some course) to help me use generatepress in light of my prior use of DIVI?

Things like forms would require a third party plugin. You can see lots of articles and recommendations if you Google the form you are looking for - for examples "contact form wordpress plugin" or "subscription form wordpress plugin".
