Move Comments Field

Hi team,
How do I move the comments field right below the article ? If there are a lot of comments such as the URL I entered here,, it will be difficult to write comments because readers have to scroll to the bottom page.
I do not break comments because there is a lot of input from my readers, that it makes them uncomfortable reading the incoming comments.
