move body content down from header

Hi again!
I'd like to move the body content down 40px from the header. When I put the padding at 40px it puts it between each blog post and the background color shows between.

Hi there,
you're using the One Container Layout - so you can just increase the Container Top Padding - that should not affect the articles.
