Move a Woocommerce Filter to Top of Mobile View

So sorry Fernando,
I actually noticed this earlier and have no idea what I did to fix this. I have been cleaning up bits of CSS here and there and it seems to be running faster now. I moved a couple of }} at the end of your code, which may have helped, but not sure. I've been busy on this problem today, so changed a lot of stuff.
The only issue that I do seem to have, is that if I add a product to the cart and I then mess around with the quantity and return to home page (or any other page), the Cart dropdown in the navigation area doesn't work. Not sure if it is something I have done or not. If you simply add some items to the cart, the drop down works fine, but once you access the cart and change stuff, it breaks the dropdown.
If you have ideas let me know. I will be looking into this tomorrow as I'm not sure it is anything to do with my CSS clean up.
Thanks

Can you provide a link to a specific product you added to your cart as well?
If you add a product you will see it in the drop down. Then view cart and increase the quantity, update it and go back to the Home Page or Brand page. Then try the drop down and you will see it does not appear. If you then reduce the quality in the cart to where it was when you started, the drop down comes back. Weird little bug it is!
That's odd.
