[Resolved] #more-postID being added to the URL in my ‘read more’ archive links

In my blog and category archives, I’m seeing a strange behavior.

All of the links for a post article are normal except for the ‘read more’ link which is appending a ‘#’ followed by a dash and ID number of the post.

e.g. domain.com/url#more-218

Is that normal? I can’t find that behavior on your site library demos. Any idea what might be causing it? I’ve checked my functions.php and code snippets to make sure I’m not using a filter that might affect it. I couldn’t find anything.

Ah, so it is expected.

Is the intention that if you have a large excerpt shown in the archives that it jumps to that point in the article?

Any thoughts on adding this as a toggle option in the customizer for GP Premium?

Yes exactly.

Currently there is no plan to add this option to GP Premium.
