More issues after 5.8 update

I have made a lot, but still... this error appears sometimes and sometimes disappear and I really dont understand whats is goin on.

Can you check the url I attached and compare the header of main page and other pages in different browsers?

Looks like the GB Grid style has been stripped.

By chance, I find out that this issue takes place only while using DEV theme from site library.

That's not quite possible.

All the templates are using GP as the theme - just with different content and options.
