Modules Initial Options not loading

Hi!
I have used GPress y many webs and this is the first times i have this problem.
The initial configuration of modules is not loading. I try to empty cache and other options but... is not working.
I pass a screenshot.

Hi there,
can you try rebuilding the site permalinks by going to: Settings > Permalinks and clicking save changes.
If that doesn't work can you make sure the permalinks are using the default setting then retry the above.
