module list

Sorry to be a pain. Last night I found the module for making bulleted list within my blog posts. This morning the module has disappeared. Now I can't find where I add modules. Spent hours looking, so if the answer is obvious - sorry.
Bullet lists I mean

Hi there,
if you're using the block editor - then add a List Block to the post, and in the Blocks toolbar there is the option to choose Ordered (numbered) lists.
I am using Block editor - List Block when searched for does not appear. The only lists I see are the Yoast related ones
