Modify template blog page

Hello,
I hope you are well.
I would like to know if it is possible to modify the template of the blog page on GeneratePress. Typically, I would like to have my articles on 3 columns.

Another question, I saw that the blog page take the image on the front page of the 1st article. Is it possible to remove it?

That looks like it's added with a page hero block element:
