Modify subscribe my newsletter form function

Hi,
I was thinking instead of registering the email address of people who are interested in my newsletter.
1. How can I include a text box that capture their First Name?
2. Include a tick box that they can subscribe either "Marketing", "Leadership", and "Personal Growth" as a topic.

your site is is using Mailchimp for WordPress plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/
You will need to edit the form to achieve that. The plugin author provides this documentation:
