i´m trying modify credits footer (2020 Setas Canarias • Creado con GeneratePress) in setascanarias.com
How could I do?

Hi there,
go to Appearance > GeneratePress and enable the Copyright module.
Then you can edit the copyright in Customizer > Layout > Footer.
