[Support request] modify and customize my 404 page

hello,
how can i modify and customize my 404 page not found?
for example in: http://ehud.s178.upress.link/ww
intead of: page not found and a search bar and sidebar…
i would like to put some picture and a button pointing the url to home page
or what ever i would like to do…?

at the front of the selector.

Like using CSS selectors.

If you are not comfortable with CSS then plugin should make things a lot easier.
