Modified date + published date

Hi
I have created a header element with the following meta.
`<h1>
{{post_title}}
</h1>
By {{post_author}} | First Published: {{post_date}} | Last Updated:
I want to show both the First Published and Last Updated dates. I found advice and code on showing modified dates only, but not on both. Can you please help?
