modification of the top of a page

Hello,
I was wondering if there was a way with elements to make additions for more than 2000 web pages. We need to get the full width without having the right column and having a photo at the top with the H1 above the current blog page. I also need to add the social share button, ass the demo in private.

It can be achieved with a layout element:

You can use a block element - page hero:

I also need to add the social share button,
This will require social sharing plugins.
You can use a hook element or a block element - hook to insert the content generated by the plugin to where you want.
