Modern Event Calendar routes to custom template

Hi,

When you activate Modern Event Calendar it forces the single.php template to look at their single-mec-events.php template. I want to stop this happening so I can allow elementor to control the template design. How do I disable MEC in generate press?

Any chance you can check with MEC's support first?

Sounds like you need to way to avoid their single-mec-events.php from loading.

Let me know what they say.
