Mobile weird big zoom

Hi,
Looking at this video https://imgur.com/a/bT7vdPP , when i try to fill in name/email field using MOBILE phone, the screen suddenly go very big. I have done deactivate cache plugin and tested, issue still persist.
That's an iframe embed i put inside the html code

This only happen in normal chrome browsing (MOBILE PHONE), it's not happen in Incognito window (mobile phone).
Im here seeking your assist on how to solve this. Can you kindly assist?

Does this occur when you try access the site from a different device?
